D-ze is the rap persona who lived by rhymes and poetry in motion. Through participation in competitions, cyphers and evening sessions, he was able to make a name for himself. His music reflected his inner thoughts, hopes, dreams and fears; and provided him with a form of expressing these things to the world.

Heavily influenced from the likes of Eminem, Kanye West, Jay Z, Lil Wayne and T.I, Denzel honed his skills in penmanship and MCeeing. His lyrics are witty, catchy yet layered and thought-provoking. His passion for rap also carried itself to the freestyling field where he would string words effortlessly, creating complex rhyme schemes and memorable punch lines through these sessions.

Through 3rd3ar, he has been able to release his debut tape 'The Evening Dosage EP' and is now on the cusp of cementing his place as an MC to watch out for.
